Group Fitness Classes
The Power Toning Class" This 60 minutes Barbell program strengthens all of your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music, awesome instructor and simple athletic moves. It's for all levels. Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm
Kick This electric 30 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music and group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling!
Boot camp This 45 minutes class will kick start your body into the next level. If you are trying to get in shape, this class is where you need to be. Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm.
Gut be gone" This is a 30 minutes core class that will help you define your abs.Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm
Power Steping This is a 45 minutes step class that will help you with athletic moves. Tuesday 6:15 pm
Beginner Step Class: This 30 minutes class is design to help get you in shape for Power Step class.
All Classes for non member will be $10.00 each
