Life Change Fitness Center is a 24 hours Gym that you can come and feel like you are working out with family.  We have everything you would need to train for any fitness leave you desire..  All classes are free with membership, classes are fun because you can work-out with member of all fitness leaves.

I believe that we have one of the top Personal Trainer around.  Roosevelt have work with weight loss, BodyBuilding,sport training, Older member that has Arthritis, Kick boxing.  You name it and he can train you for it.
