This is for you that would like to get into shape. Getting in shape is not something that you can do in a few weeks. It takes time to really get in shape. Most people watch TV and look in fitness magazines and all you see is this pill will make you lose this weight if you buy it and will make you look like this. I would like you to know that there is No magic pills that can make you fit, because I try them and I didn't look any diffence, because I did not burn the calories. You have to burn 3500 calories more then you put in your body to lose (1) pound. You can lose water weight with Aerobic training, but to lose body fat you will have to weight training with aerobic and eat 5 times a day. i can teach you how to eat to live and not live to eat with the right exercise you will need to reach your goal. So don't thing this is not for you, because you don't have to stay in that unhealthy body anymore.
